Shopping - Shipping is free with your purchase. Items are usually shipped the next business day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. All orders require a signature on delivery. Arrival time is not guaranteed. For arrival time guarantee you can purchase upgraded shipping options for an additional charge. Please email info@soosantai.net.au.

International - Unfortunately due to the weight of the beanbags it makes shipping overseas very expensive. For further enquiries please email  info@soosantai.net.au

Returns

If your product is damaged or defected please email us at info@soosantai.net.au within 7 days of the original purchase.

When returning the item please supply a signed letter stating the issue together with the original invoice.

PLEASE NOTE – Products used or washed will not be accepted.
